All returns must be authorised by Mira Denim prior to being returned. Please contact us at miradenimco@gmail.com to gain an return authorisation and include the when returning your item/s.
We will happily offer a refund provided the item(s) is;
- Purchase at full price
- In original condition
- All tags are intact
- The items has not been worn or washed, altered, soiled or tampered with in any way
- Returned to Mira Denim within 30 days of receipt
Item(s) that are worn, altered, washed, soiled or tampered with in anyway will not be accepted for a return. International orders may be returned for a refund. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or paid by Mira Denim. Please note customs duties and foreign taxes will not be refunded by Mira Denim.Please contact your local customs office for further assistance or to claim a refund.In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Mira Denim.Once received your order will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
